CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Bugs/Not working:
There're lots of bugs, but main are
- Wifi (connection, tethering, etc)
- Bluetooth
- Switching to other fonts will get bootloops after restart. In this case, if you use TWRP recovery, go to File Manager >> delete "themes" from /data/system would help you escape this without factory reset
- Currently No VOLTE feature in this rom. So you can use only LTE data, you can't make a 4G volte call. If you wanna to to make call then install Jio4GVoice app from Play Store.
- RIL is being crash at first boot. You will see Unfortunately com.android.pho... is stopped. Just reboot your phone and it will work.
Flashing Procedure:
Reboot into recovery (TWRP 3.0 recommended)
Select “Wipe”
Then select “Advanced wipe”
Tick “Cache”, ” Dalvnik Cache,”Data” and “System” and swipe
Then go back to Home
Then select “Install” and choose the ROM.zip and swipe
When the installation finished wipe cache and dalvnik cache again

When You Successfully booted the rom. First thing you have to do manually. Open the "Selinux Mod Changer" app and give it root access and then Chose permissive mode. After doing this just reboot your phone. If you don't do so then Gapps and Theme will not work.
